Avoid Extra Magic Hours during Days with Low Crowds Jan 2019?

Hello Everyone. Thank you for your comments and advices ahead of time. Family = 3 Adults and 1 Two Years Old Toddler staying onsite. Little one first trip to WDW!

Our son wakes up at 6:30AM, naps 1PM-3PM, then ACTIVE till 8:30PM-9PM. 1 ADULT WILL ROTATE WATCHING HIM ;-)

Debating if we should avoid parks with EMH during low season weekdays or take advantage of them?

Undercover Tourist recommended onsite guest should use EMH if crowd level is low (below 4) which is the case during the dates when we're there.. Currently I have the following:

PLAN 1 - UTILIZE ALL EMH
MON 1/28 ANIMAL KINGDOM AM EMH 8-9AM
TUE 1/29 REST AND ENJOY RESORT
WED 1/30 MAGIC KINGDOM PM EMH 8-10PM
THU 1/31 EPCOT AM EMH 8-9AM

VS

PLAN 2 - EPCOT PM EMH
MON 1/28 ANIMAL KINGDOM AM EMH 8-9AM
TUE 1/29 EPCOT PM EMH 9-11PM
WED 1/30 REST AND ENJOY RESORT
THU 1/31 MAGIC KINGDOM REGULAR DAY BUT CURRENTLY HAVE BE OUR GUEST BREAKFAST AT 8AM AN HOUR BEFORE PARK OPENS.

PLAN 3 - ONLY AK AM EMH
MON 1/28 ANIMAL KINGDOM AM EMH 8-9AM
TUE 1/29 REST AND ENJOY RESORT
WED 1/30 EPCOT REGULAR DAY

We love AM EMH.
We go nearly every day that they are offered thoughout our trips.

Crowd levels are unpredictable...just look at the surprise wait times last January. Take advantage of EMH. And also, use park hoppers to move to/from non-EMH parks during regular hours.

The problem with PM EMH at Epcot is there aren't enough rides to really break the group up (unlike MK where there are plenty of rides to disperse crowds). Plus it's easier to stay up late then get up early. I personally would go with the first plan

I'd utilize all emh. Buy tickets that make sense. Choose what days someone will stay at the hotel with the kid at night. I'd get appropriate hoppers for the adults, and mix/match night duty with the kid. Perhaps while in the parks have a designated someone to watch him/ take him back to the hotel at an appropriate time when needed. He should have an absolute blast no matter what.

Thank you for the advice but we only have 3-Days BASE ticket, one park per day. I guess I could upgrade but it due to the little one and cost, might not be worth it for me.

I think I was able to narrowed it down to :

PLAN 3 - 1/31 Magic Kingdom crowd would be super light since the park had evening magic hours the day prior - all the resort guest would propably be visiting other parks am I correct?

Currently leaning toward PLAN 3 since we don't have PARK HOPPER...

But I also read that PM EMH at Magic Kingdom is actually not too bad. Crowds will be there but the rides wait time are significantly shorter...

"Super light" is a relative term.

I would only do am emh. Many people even on resort do not want to get up early enough to take advantage of the am hours, but that is a different story for the pm hours.
