Avis vs Budget Port Canaveral

I need to rent a car after a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Avis and Budget are almost the same price. Is one or the other a better choice? I've had the horrible experience of waiting over an hour to pick up a car after a cruise out of Miami.

Avis and Budget share the same corporate parent, the Avis Budget Group Inc. They sometimes share locations, but not at Port Canaveral.
