Avis near port - preferred service?

I haven't been reading the threads about the chaos of picking up a rental car after returning from a cruise. I didn't see much about the Avis preferred servcie. Is it available at this location, and wouldn't that help make a speedy pick-up?

They definately had it available when the location was at the Radisson, so I would expect they would have it at the new location as well.

It really was a time saver!!!
