Avg. Meal Price of Restaurants on DDP

I remember seeing either a thread or a website that had listed all of the restaurants and their average price per meal. The whole point was to show which restaurants would give you the most bang for your buck on a Dining Plan. It was separated into a 1TS and 2TS section ... does anyone know about this thread or website? If so, please point me in the right direction.
