Average ROFR timeline?

Has anyone ever put together an "average" time for how long Disney has taken to return an ROFR answer? What about keeping up with the minimum and maximum time?

I tried searching the forum using different keywords, but haven't been able to find anything.

I realize that the "average" would constantly change depending on the time of year, but I think it'd be interesting to see. (I'm on day 26, in case you're wondering why I'm wondering! )

Bought resale twice, both took 30 days.

The ROFR alone is pretty consistently 30 days. Disney doesn't want the process to be too easy to discourage resale.

The entire process from first offer to actually having the points is typicals 75-90 days.

well its been 33 days since passing rofr on a bcv contract and have not closed . First it was the tss fault according to *** now I guess its the sellers fault . I don't know for sure have not had any updates now since early last week .Have bought 3 other contracts before through the tss with quick and smooth sailing til this one .It just seems to be dragging along .

Just got my closing docs today. Made my offer on 8/26. Passed ROFR on 9/27. Target closing date is 10/21.

Waiting to pass ROFR now myself. VGF contract accepted on 10/1 and sent to Disney on 10/8. Day 7, but who's counting?
