Availability in October

Can someone check for me on what is available Oct 4th-11th or Oct 5-10? I am interested in renting points at a studio and was wondering what or if there is anything still available? Thanks!

Not much availability in a studio or one bedroom. I'm waitlisted for many dates in a studio ,one bedroom or a two bedroom from Oct5- Oct13. I've has no luck so far.

Oh I am hearing this a lot and am getting so sad..... I am wanting to go to Disney for our 1-year anniversary and just decided now to go with Disney again. I really hope their is availability somewhere!!

F & W Festival = limited availability of points available to rent + Studio = chances of slim to none. F & W Festival + Columbus Day Holiday Weekend + Studio = even less than slim to none chance of availability. You would be better off trying to book at one of the non-DVC properties and maybe get a discount on the room.

I had points to rent and most all were looking for October. There really isn't anything available except a few days here and there and I've checked every week. As others have said it is a very popular time for DVC.........you may have luck getting a Villa through CRO or a regular room at any of the resorts with cash. Good Luck...............................

Does anyone know if you book a Disney package through Expedia, if you can add on the dining plan like you do when you rent points?

You can add the dining as long as you are staying at a Disney resort. It should be offered to you as an option to your package. I would also check Disney's web site because at times they have free dining if you book a value resort.....Not sure about October though.

No free dining in October. And you can get the free dining at all resorts, except for a few locations during that time period.
