Autotrain shower??

Now that I know where the showers are, is it really possible to take a shower safely on a very bumpy moving train?! DD and I would love to wash our hair before bed but I had trouble standing up to brush my teeth last year!! Any personal experiences out there?? Advice?

We returned from WDW last week using the Autotrain. I did not try the shower, but DH did, both ways. He said he got bumped around a little, but that the shower felt good anyway. On the way to Florida there were little bars of soap available. On the return trip there was no soap.

Thanks for the info. We'll bring soap and non-slip shower shoes. I'm sure we'll feel better,too! I imagine that the power including water are off during the shift change or that would be a good time to get in there!
