Help! Please!

I can only get so many people to help me over and over when I have finally gotten the whopping 85 ghosts for the green car quest.

The trouble is, I seem to be missing the atoms for this quest. I have tried the walking the fence and sitting on the chairs, BUT the biggest problem is for this quest you are given LESS time to get the quest done. I JUST want to get past these atoms so that if I do fail again, I won't have to go back to ghosts.

If someone could PLEASE, pretty please post some screen caps of where these atoms are or at the very least describe where they are, it would be greatly appreciated.
