Does anyone have one? We have an inground pool, used to have a Kreepy Krawly. We liked it but it got stuck on one ladder all the time and we ended up with a hole in the liner there. I heard good things about the Baracuda G4 and was going to buy one but I just saw some reviews on Amazon that said it got stuck alot. Our filter is old, suction is great at times but can vary. Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.

We have a Polaris model pool vacuum. It works pretty good.

I have my eye on the IRobot Verro 300 pool cleaning robot. They are pricey but work great. My Dad has the Verro 500 and he loves it. In addition to keeping the surface clean, it also does a great job removing particulates in the water (which means less cleaning of my cartridge style filters.

Anything that is a skimmer suction vac can get stuck, plain and simply. The barracudda is no different. If you are looking for a good cleaner you can control look into th aquabot line of cleaners.

And the poster abpove is corect they self clean, which means less work for your filter, but they need to have their bags cleaned out and changed.

I looked at the Verro but it is too expensive! I think I will probably go with one of the suction ones, just take it out often. Thanks for the help!
