Do we think in person character meet and greet with autographs will return this year?

That is one of the many unknowns. At this time it has not been announced that personal character meet and greets are reopening so it's anyone's guess.

Based on them relaxing the mask and social distancing and bringing fireworks back. Do we think they will bring the meet and greet back by November

Not sure when it will happen, but given what they have done so far, I would expect to see them back before the start of the 50th.
