Autograph Question

Ok, so when I have a question about Disney there is no better place to come than the DIS. And if I have a question about a "collectible" I figured there is no better place to come than here. (PLEASE redirect me if someone knows of a better place.) I am currently trying to find out if there is a way to get Bob Iger's or John Lasseter's autograph. If I need to mail someone, or call someone, or BEG someone I will do it. I currently have several autographs of some really neat people but I am dying for these. Can anyone help?????
