So do the autograph books that you buy from Disney have pictures of the characters or are they just blank pages? I'm thinking about making them for my kids and personalizing it. If you homemade yours did you print out every character, or just the ones you knew you would see via character meals?

The autograph books are just blank pages
You can fit a fair few autographs ( round about 150) in them however the only pictures they have on it is on the front which is usually the year and the whole disney gang
Hope this helps :)

When I made our autograph books, I used pictures of each character and my kids from past trips. I then put together a book of the characters we knew we'd see at character meals, etc. Then I made a few blank pages at the end for characters we happened upon.

It's a great idea
I remember my mum actually stuck pictures of me and the characters on the page and then I would get the autograph on the other side :)

They do have some autograph books that have a place for the autograph on the right side and a sleeve to place a photo on the left side. The downside to those is they don't hold very many pictures. We used 2 books for a 3 day trip last year.
Although looks like I'm doing that again this year and we'll be putting last year's pictures in the new book for when DD and DS get their autographs so their Disney friends can enjoy their pictures from last year (DD4's words!)
Then when we get home we'll switch out the pictures putting the new ones in this year's books and last years back in the other books.

My best friend and I made autograph books using our Cricuts. What a project!! It was WAY more work than we thought it would be, but it is fun for us and we did it together so it was fun to get together at night without the kids!

We used 8x8 craft pages using two pages for each character - facing each other. The left side was for a picture with the character and the Cricut image of the character. The right side had just a 6.5 x 6.5 inch square piece of card stock in a coordinating color for the actual autograph. Then we ordered an autograph storage clip board from Etsy and all I had to do was put the autograph pages that I needed for the day (along with some extra pages) in the clip board and that's what we carried around with us. It was the highlight of my DD's trip!! She absolutely loved watching the book come together before the trip and then getting the pages ready while on line for each character. The characters loved that they had such a large space to sign on and it became a conversation starter for each meet n greet. It turned into an experience rather than just an autograph book.

If I figure out how to post pictures I will!

The last time I bought one it was full of blank pages. Never saw a book with pictures for characters to sign before.

Check out the DISign board. There are lots of options for custom autograph books that you can print out. :)
