Autograph book cover

I haven't been on the creative board in almost 3 years!!! back then I did an autograph book for my son and someone made me an awesome cover. I don't remember who it was but I would love to be able to find something similar. On the cover was the castle with all the characters posing in front of it. At the bottom was written: Nolan's autograph book and the year, the back cover read: see you real soon! all in Disney font
this time is for my daughter, her first autograph book. She will be 3 when we go back in June.
can someone help me with that request? also where I can find Sofia pages as well as Jake
