Autograph book cards

I am looking for 4x6 and 5x7 plain cards with just a border of anchors. I don't want/need any characters, I just want them to be plain so that I can print of multiples. I haven't decided which size will be better which is why I would like both. I have looked at various threads and I've seen tons of adorable character and themed ones but I haven't been able to find any plain ones! If someone could make one or point me in the direction of one, I would appreciate it!!! Thanks!!!!
