Auto train bar code in email not displaying

I can't view or print the bar code in the reservation email for our trip. If I right click to properties I can get a bar code but no numbers.
Do I need a reader of some kind to print?

FYI we had to book coming home from Disney in the fall. The winter cost for the train going south was double. It would be twice the cost because people are in peak season going south. Last time we went down from Lotron and it was less going south. The return trip would be super high. Drove home. This time we will drive down and auto train home.
 
We don't have any bar code on our email or the online confirmation page when we booked.

In the email there is an orange square box at the top.
it says SCAN AT QUIK-TRAK ,

Print this confirmation page.
Scan the barcode under the scanner below the keypad.
Touch the "Print Tickets" button.


The display is not there. just an X.
there were two boxes one has an x says barcode the second one has an x and says Kiosk.

Below says reservation and Itinerary.

Hmmm, nothing like that on our email or on the confirmation page. We made our reservations back in February...maybe they changed it since then? :confused3
 

When we last took the auto train I had a copy of my email but I don't remember even having to show it. They give you your info as you drive through the gate and you may have to show your ID but it's not like going to a regular Amtrak station where you have to print out your tickets. HTH
