Auto-debit for dues

in the past I have paid annually the full cost of the dues. I'd like to pay them monthly via direct debit from my banking account. Is the only way to do this through calling Membership Services accounting? I spent an hour trying to get through to them today and it kept going to a busy signal when I went to the accounting prompt.

I called earlier today to set this up. We are new members and this is our first time paying dues. MS told me to fax a copy of a voided check, along with our member number, on a signed and dated sheet of paper. I also included a copy of our invoice. I did this around noon, and when I logged into my account online around 4:00, it was already set up and showing up as an auto payment every month.

I would use the "contact us". There is a dropdown for a question to member accounting. That way they can e-mail you the instructions.
