Looks cool, where is the front door?? and as I expected, they use Asian looking models for Aulani, I think it is pretty interesting.

Very nice. It looks like they are doing the pull down Murphy bed again. I like that, but also like the oversized sleeper chairs at AKV.
It will be a while before we can stay there, but looking forward to it.

Eh... not really impressed but its not like it's going to keep me from staying there.

Looks as if they are using the GCV style Murphy bed instead of the pull out chair.

Sweet! Thanks so much for the pics. We just became DVC members and already can't wait to stay at this property. Although we have two WDW trips planned next year (going to DLR next month) so it will be awhile before we can get there but excited nonetheless!

Nah, six home resorts is enough. Plus, since Hawaii is so far away from NC, I wouldn't want to commit to flying there every 2 years.

I'm hoping to book Aulani at the 7-mo mark right after a stay at VGC, to break up the flight and let me adjust to the time change.

I will be staying at Aulani. I just won't be owning there.

I think Aulani sales are targeted for DLR (Calif) and TDL (Japan) guests.

Looks good to me. We're going to do the same thing, Mike - fly to CA and stay at VGC for the weekend and then fly to the island and stay at Aulani. Not sure if we'll do the same in reverse, or just tough out the long flight home...

DVC Mike, where did you get those promotional photos? I've looked everywhere.

TLPL: I understand they are building models in Japan so it would make sense to me to show the guests as Asian.
