Aulani Points

Does anyone know what point charts are rumored to look like for the Aulani Resort in Hawaii?

Nobody knows. Disney only relaeases points when sales start. I do not expect sales to start until the end of this year or beginning of next. However, to get an idea I would look at the points charts for Bay Lake Tower and Grand Californian. Both of these resorts are the newest and it is likley the Hawiian resort will have a similar points structure. Bay Lake in particular since it has multiple views. (I am sure Hawaii will have an ocean view and Mountain view category, just like all of the Hawiian resorts do).

Disney generally keeps such things a closely guarded secrect until just before the start of sales and any rumors, even those generated by sales reps, cannot be trusted. However, what I heard is that they are only going to have two seasons called "High" and "Almost as High," price per point will be $150, the incentive will be a free luau dinner on your first trip there, points for a studio per night will start at 100, but that the annual dues per point will be the lowest of any of the resorts.

Forgive me, but 100 points a night for a studio doesn't add up. If this is the case, the initial buy-in would hover around 400+ points for a 4 night stay in a studio once a year. At $150 a point, initial buy-in around $60,000?

Again, I could be wrong, but this sounds like wild speculation.......

Again, I could be wrong, but this sounds like wild speculation.......

...or a joke.

it will probably be more expensive per pt than VGC and BLT. annual dues will probably be higher.

other than that...no one knows anything yet.

No good rumors. I've postulated much like BLT magic and premier, it'll likely be close to a year before we know.
