Aulani NYE 31st Dec - 7 Month Window

Please tell me if I'm being completely unrealistic!
What are our chances of booking a studio (no preference on a view) for 31st December for 7 nights at the 7 month window?

Probably difficult, including because all studios are already booked full for at least the nights of Dec 31 and Jan 1. In essence, you will likely have to join a waitlist at 7-months out, which waitlist itself will have a large number of Aulani members already on it in front of you before you can join it.
