Aulani Fireworks last night

Currently at Aulani. Last night around 8:30 pm fireworks started going off from the beach area in front of the Ewa tower. There was no warning or notice but they were loud enough to wake up DD. I have asked several cast Members and none of them knows who set them off or why they were set off.

Just wondering if anyone out there has more info. Would like to get a better spot if it's going to happen again.

That happened when we were there a few weeks ago. Only then it was off shore and over closer to the Four Seasons resort. We found out later that it was a private event organized by the Four Seasons. In 11 nights, it only happened once.

Happened to us last year over the week after Memorial Day. I think they were put on by the Four Seasons then too, which had just opened that week.
