Hi, we were looking at mid September but the airfares are so tempting for August , just wondering has anyone been to Disneyland that time of year, was it crazy.
We've been in spring break before so use to the crowds

We went in August 2011. We loved, loved, loved it! I think we arrived about the 13th and were there for 5 days.
The weather was beautiful (High 20's, maybe 30C)
We used Ridemax and we didn't feel the busyness at all. I loved that the hours were long. What an amazing feeling to close down Disneyland at midnight (and be back the next morning at 7am!).
We went back in May 2013 and we still loved it, but it just wasn't the same. There's just a better feel in high season, I reakon anyway.
If you're also planning on Las Vegas, don't go August (or probably September)

Thanks for your reply, just got back from travel agents, booked our airfares Brisbane -lax 16-25 sept $1944 return for 2 adults flying Qantas, super excited now
