August weight loss chalenge?

I'd like to join for 6 lbs. I could use the extra motivation. :cool1:
 
HI sign me up for 10 I have gained back since my trip and have been very bad as of late so I am trying to get back on the losing side of life!

Starting weight august: 198 lbs, goal is 190 lbs.
 

My weigh in this week was a disappointing 1 pound. But it is going in the right direction, right?

So I'm at 1/6 for August so far.
 
I finished off July with a big loss so I am only counting a few days since August began but unfortunately according to my scale I am either the same or up 0.5 pounds, up 1.5 or up 2.5 pounds. :sad2: I am bloated and crabby and the scale keeps jumping around wildly in the last 24 hours. I know this is all just PMS so I am going to count it as a 0 and hope next week I will be feeling much better and a loss will show up.

I lost 1.8 lbs. I'm at 1.8/6. I need to get a move on it. I want to lose the 4.2 lbs. before we leave for Florida on Saturday, August 25th. I think I can do it. I have 19 days left.

Finally, some weight loss!

I'm down 2 lbs from last week... that puts me at 194!
 
Update time-I've lost 1.5 pounds so far. I keep thinking of how good everything will taste when I go to WDW at my goal! Keep up the good work, everyone!

I know I am late in jumping in, but I am going to commit to 4.5 pounds. 4 I want to lose, and the .5 I did lose last month.
