One of the biggest problems I have with August is that you have to stay hydrated because some much sweat is leaving your body. Take a shower and walk outside and your sweating already. Everyone gets cranky because of the humidity and you get headaches of you don't keep drinking water.
I used to be the water cop and force everyone to drink every 20 minutes. Where does all that water go? Think about all of you underclothes collecting the cups of water and holding it in the most uncomfortable spots. Someone called it swamp %^#. I never had more trouble with chaffing before going in August.
The pools that are exposed to the sun are like jumping into a hot bath so they are not refreshing.
Other than that it's great.
