Does anyone know what green fees are for the WDW courses in August??
I have heard green fees drop quite a bit in the afternoon. I know it will be hot, that doesnt bother me.
Does anyone from this site golf there on a regular basis??? I never read anything about golf at WDW. I would be golfing by myself, kids and DW dont golf.

We have played many times at Disney. Only one time in the summer though. We played in early June one year and it was over 100 degrees and very high humidity. We quit after 8 holes on the Magnolia that day.

We have played all of the courses including Oak Trail over the years. My preferences in order are Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pines, Palm, Lake Buena Vista and finally Magnolia. I'm sure that there are many other opinions on the order of preference but that is mine. If pricing is any indication of popularity, then the order is Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pines, Palm/Magnolia, and finally LBV.

I just checked the Disney golf site for summer pricing and they don't have any thing listed yet. Usually, you can go on the site 90 days before to make tee times and see the rates for the time you want. The summer rates are the lowest you will find and I do believe that there are special afternoon rates too.

my husband played in August 2004 between Charley and Frances, he is cheap, so he played in the afternoon and it was hot and of course as was mentioned, there is a thunderstorm nearly every afternoon in Florida during the summer. I want to think his greens fees were in the $35-50 range.

Thanks to all who responded.....Dont know if I will take the sticks or not. The courses always look great........
I appreciate it!!
