AUGUST Exercise Challenge

Consitent ole me-add another 40 minutes total-550/1200
 

Hidy ho everyone! I worked out on the treadmill & weights Monday for 60 minutes. My new total is 120/600.

I did my 100 crunches and push-ups last night, taking me to 870 minutes.

Off now to my 5k, so I'll be back later to update with today's numbers. I think I got everyone to here. Let me know if I missed you!

Monday - 10 minutes of arm curls
Tuesday - 50 minutes walking
Wednesday - 50 minutes walking

so...605/800!
 
Did 4 miles this morning before heading to the coast/beach for the day. Taking the evening off.

This brings my total to 63/110 miles & 874 mins. This brings me to 57.27% of miles goal & 52.97% of minutes goal.
 
Add another 45 for me yesterday... 290/800

Add 55 more minutes for me-brings me to 605/1200!!! I'm halfway there!!!:cool1:

Cam-I have tried to be helpful by making my numbers big and red so that you could find them easy. Hope it is helpful for you!! You are great to do this!!:thumbsup2
