Catching up on my posting again...
5.2 mi on Thursday the 17th = 80 min
3 mi walking on Friday the 18th = 45 min
4.5 mi biking on Friday the 18th = 40 min
15 mi walking on Saturday the 19th = 240 min
That adds 405 for a grand total of 1470/1500.
I've got a 16 mi walk scheduled today (Arrrrrgh!) but the good news is that I should actually reach my goal a little early this month. I am beat today -- too many chores yesterday and too little sleep. But, those long walks are required if I want to do the marathons I've scheduled.
