August Exercise Challenge

40min. yoga class this afternoon bringing my total to 660/1600
 

Ok, I'm in need of some serious accountability! Suddenly our vacation is only 38 days away (yahoooooooooo! :banana: ) but I'm still not where I want to be weight-wise. It all starts with regular exercise!

So, my goal for what is left of August is 570 minutes. That's 30 minutes/day starting tomorrow.

Wish me luck! Now I'm off to find my W.I.S.H. journal and try to catch up on that!
 
One hour bike ride and 20 minutes weights this morning! Love the cool weather we're having here in NJ!

P.S. when you go to an amusement park how do you count the walking? I don't have a perdomer, yet. I figure if we go for 7-8 hours I could count 2 for walking? :confused3

I am headed to Boy Scout camp for three days so I imagine I will do plenty of walking.
 
Got 82 minutes in today with walking and stretching. Brings my total to 543/1400. :crazy:
 
We did an impromptu walk last night for 20minutes bringing my total to 680/1600.
 
To help make up for the extra calories we consumed this weekend, we just went on a 60min. walk bringing my new total to 740/1600.
 
Was out of town fri & sat, but still managed 60 min of swimming in the hotel pool. New total of 510/1000. Still haven't found time yet today, but will!
 
80 min.run/bike which makes me 565/1000 :banana:

Took a 20-minute brisk walk with the dog this morning, then another 30 minutes on the Gazelle this afternoon!

Friday I did 35 minutes of Biggest Loser Intense Cardio, followed by 25 minutes of Pilates. We went camping this weekend and on Saturday we took a 70 minute hike (I'm just going to count 30 minutes of that since it was a lot of stop-n-go with the kids) and took the dog for a 30 minute walk.

I only did a 20 min hike. But it was up to Inspiration Peak so maybe that will inspire me.
