Ok, I'm in need of some serious accountability! Suddenly our vacation is only 38 days away (yahoooooooooo! ) but I'm still not where I want to be weight-wise. It all starts with regular exercise!
So, my goal for what is left of August is 570 minutes. That's 30 minutes/day starting tomorrow.
Wish me luck! Now I'm off to find my W.I.S.H. journal and try to catch up on that!
P.S. when you go to an amusement park how do you count the walking? I don't have a perdomer, yet. I figure if we go for 7-8 hours I could count 2 for walking?
Was out of town fri & sat, but still managed 60 min of swimming in the hotel pool. New total of 510/1000. Still haven't found time yet today, but will!
Friday I did 35 minutes of Biggest Loser Intense Cardio, followed by 25 minutes of Pilates. We went camping this weekend and on Saturday we took a 70 minute hike (I'm just going to count 30 minutes of that since it was a lot of stop-n-go with the kids) and took the dog for a 30 minute walk.
