I had a 30 minute mom and tot swim class with my daughter Monday night. Tuesday I had a 40 minute aqua fit workout and then today I had a 50 minute deep water class. That brings me to 470/900! I'm excited to be to the halfway point without being at the halfway point of the month. Now I've just got to get rid of this darn swimmer's ear pain so I can keep doing my workouts.
I got 60 in today for a total of 795/1600.... I am about half way there and I feel it... A bit sore from yesterdays 2 1/2 hrs... what was i thinking... Everyone is doing great! Keep it up!!!!
30 minute swim this morning gets me to 440/1240! The best part was I was swimming so much faster than my lane mate that she had to let me pass!! Whoo hoo!!!
