4 miles today (60 minutes) and 7 slow miles last night (120), which brings me up to 615/1500.
 
I added 60 min today pushing the lawnmower. I am currently at 390/1500.
 
40 min. 8mi. bike ride/crunches which makes me 455/1000 :banana:

I only got in 15 today putting me at 810/1600. I did go to my tops meeting today and was down 1.5, so yeah me!!!! :cheer2:
 
Treadmill and weights yesterday afternoon and another smokin' swim this morning and I broke 500!!!

It's amazing how lack of sleep impacts your workouts. I couldn't sleep last night and boy, it showed up in my workout. It was tough!!! I still managed 60min. of interval training bringing my total to 620/1600.
 
75 minutes running/walking this morning, puts me at 495/1300 :sunny:

As of this afternoon 315/1000. I played tennis with my 12 yr old yesterday. I'm on to him. HIs strategy is to make me run around chasing the ball for the first 20-30 minutes, then he gets serious after Mom is exhausted. Well, no more! I make him chase his own wayward shots now!
 
I am now at 570/2000.

A bit behind where I need to be, but at least I am here talking about it. Hopefully I will stay motivated this month and not give in to the "all or nothing" routine that has done me in over the last few months. I really need to get back on a regular, sensible schedule instead of going all out one day then doing nothing at all for the next few days. That does not work well for me at all!
 
I finally am getting a chance to count my minutes. I am at 280/1000. A little behind but getting there. Will have a lot of time walkig when I get to DW in two weeks.
 
Alright, going to get all caught up! These last 4 days had only 3 with exercise, so I am adding 120 minutes to bring me to 310/800! I am going to Detroit again this morning (after I sleep a bit, just got home from work) and will do lots of walking around Great Lakes Crossings, and at my mom's.
