Do you own any exercise equipment at home? Do you own anything like exercise videos/dvds? Those are a couple of options that I can think of. If you don't have anything like that, do you like to run? You could go jogging. If you don't enjoy running then you could always walk. I know it is hot outside but you could always walk around your mall or something like that. Those are just a few suggestions that come to mind but I am sure there are many more that I am not thinking of right off hand. Good luck! I am sure you will do fine!Fitswimmer said:I just joined this board today-finally wandered past the Theme Park and DVC discussions. I want to join the August challenge too! So far this month I have 320 minutes. I'm going to put down 1240 for this month. The last week will be a real challenge because our Y closes from 8/27-9/5 and I'll have to find another way to get my time in. Any suggestions?

) Add to that a dh that had surgery last week and has needed lots of help lately and I decided that a rest day for me was in order! I will be sure to get my work out in tomorrow though and I have done well the rest of the month so far so today didn't set me back any thankfully. Again, you all are doing great and it is helping me feel motivated, so thanks!

I can't believe I did this!!! I slipped down my stairs yesterday!! I hurt the fourth toe on my left foot, I was a bit freaked out for a bit since that is the foot I had surgery on in April. The toe I had surgery on was fine though...WHEW!
