It was of course "The Boss" and his creator, as the "Partner Statue" just outside the exit of Studio 1, in the Studios.

That's a great photo of the statue! I found it difficult to get a good shot of it as the sun was too bright, but that's a really good angle. I love that statue sooooo much.
