Hubby, son and I are going to POR, Aug 26 to Sep 2. Booked April 12 and booked meals before I booked trip. Didn't want to miss out on my favorite restaurants. Can't wait.

I am traveling with my Hubby, daughter,and freinds(husband & wife and their 2 boys.) We will be taking the Magical Express in the am. Maybe we will run into each other.

We're from Texas also! Just told the boys they were going! My sister her 2 sons ages 8 & 10 who have never been to WDW and my son age 7 who has only been there once last December! We can't wait!!!

We will probably run into one another. I am taking the Magical Express as well. My flight from JFK arrives at or around 1:50pm. I am getting excited. Got the Disney DVD in the mail Friday and watched it yesterday. Got a little teary eyed. I don't know, it's just the kid comes out when I think of Disney. Hubby and I were talking and we were commenting on how great of a time we had the last time we were there. It was the first time we ever stayed on Disney property and to be honest, I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else. Still didn't tell our son we were going. Want to keep that quiet to the last possible moment. My 21 year old daughter may get upset but she just had a baby in Feb. and it may be too soon for him to travel. I promised to take her to Vegas for her B-day in November. We had skipped Disney last year because we went to Jamaica but the son is constantly asking to go back to Disney. So he will be pleasantly surprised. Are there any special building you recommend staying in? I asked for a Waterview room be it by the pool or the river. Many say on the trip advisor forum to ask for a Alligator Bayou. I see there are others coming the same time we are. Maybe we can meet on day.
