We haven't gotten our cruise documents yet, either, although our GTY changed to an actual stateroom number this past weekend.

Hard to believe we are less than a month away now!

I guess I was thinking that we would be contacted when our GTY changed until I read your post. So, I checked my ressie and we have a stateroom too. It still says Cat 12 (maybe because that's what we paid for?) but it's actually a Cat 11 on deck 5. We booked with my friend and her DD's and I thought that they would be bumped up since they have 3 so I thought that we might get Cat 11 too. Given a choice I would rather be upgraded for our resort, as we were, than a stateroom since I think that we'll just be sleeping in our stateroom. Although, from what I read, the stateroom could change even at the port. Either way we're happy!

Good for you! We booked a Cat 9 and that's what we were assigned. We are happy with what we originally booked -- it's only 5 staterooms aft of the one we stayed in for our first cruise.

Hi everyone! We just booked a last minute cruise with you all. "We" is myself and my 13 year old daughter. We are experienced cruisers and have been on several Disney cruises, so we know what to expect and can't wait till we depart! Is there anyone else traveling with a girl around my daughter's age? I'm hoping to hook her up with some friends as soon as we arrive!

Got our transfers info today! Anything else I should be expecting? I filled out the paperwork online and printed out the signature pages for the contract and payment authorization to bring with us.

Did you get your luggage tags and all that yet? We got ours yesterday, but we live a lot closer so it might take yours a few more days to arrive.

We also got our stateroom numbers, lucky Deck 2. We've stayed on Deck 2 on all our other cruises, so we know it'll be awesome.

And IMaBocaPirate, welcome to the cruise! Nothing like a last-minute booking, is there? So exciting. Nobody in my party is the age of your DD, but I hope you find her a buddy.

Our luggage tags were in there. Not the i.d. kind, the paper ones for the transfers. We're still on deck 5. The only other thing was a checklist and a booklet with transfer and return flight info. Our flight times have changed slightly and the return flight has a different number now. I entered the new info online but the old info was on our document for the return flight. Should I call to give them the changes or will they access it from what I entered on the website? I want to make sure that we have no problems with our pick-up at Orlando Airport.Does it sound like we're missing anything? Thanks!

I'd like to be going to WDW before the cruise, but I don't think we can make it.

BTW, I notice you're in Denver. I'm actually flying there this Sunday for a conference! As the ride says, it's a small world.

We're doing the Land/Sea so we'll be at WDW Aug3-7. We booked CBR but got upgraded a few weeks ago to the Dolphin! 4 days is not going to feel like enough but we were there at Christmas and we can look forward to DCL!

Staci and I will be at WDW the day before and the day after. We plan to go to the MK on the 6th and eat at the Crystal Palace and ride some. We're going to dinner LATE at the California Grill......mainly to try the sushi.

has been on several but not a dwcruise
Im trying to search everything but my head is spinning.
One major question food is not included in the cruise.

Onboard food is most definitely included in the cruise price. The only extra charges you might encounter would be for eating at Palo, ordering alcoholic beverages, and things you buy at the adult Cove Cafe. And possibly some of the room service items, although I'm no expert in this area.

Hey everyone! Just joining the thread. Although we are Disney veterans, my two daughters(11 and 7) and I will be on our first Disney Cruise. Very much looking forward to it. I'm just wondering how much they will want to hang with dad on the ship??

Hi Disneyflyer! Welcome! I've been on a bunch of Disney cruises, but this is the first one that I'll be on traveling alone with my 13 year old daughter. We started cruising on Disney when she was 5. My experience is that she didn't want to spend too much time with me (sorry!). In fact, she never wants to leave the kids' areas! That's a credit to Disney. This time around, I set limits with her. She will be with the teens this time, but we will do meals and shows together. I'm sure you will all have a great time!

IMaBocaPirate, I like your thinking regarding time with family and time with teens. I think I am going to tell my kids the same thing. This is the second cruise for us, myself, DH, DD(14), DS(12). I am really looking forward to getting away.

Hubby said he needed a vacation and QUICK Which means he has HAD ENOUGH so I have been checking all week and a Cat 5 opened up today so I grabbed it !!
