Ok, I am going to NYC I hope on COLUMBUS weekend. Karen has to work so she wont be meeting me there!! Still no luck with hotel rooms for 5 of us. I want to go back to NYC to see the RADIO CITY SHOW,, remember I am poor,,lol.

Terry: I have to go look for that CANADIAN COLLECTION. After seeing BROTHER BEAR on the ship,, my kids are doing a whole CANADIAN spoof now..

DARLENE is today surgery?? Prayers with you all!!

I had shots to my back yesterday and now I have mscontin for the pain. I was awake all night with a migraine from worring about the shots all day. A wee bit scared to take the stronger stuff... Does that mean I cant drink strong SMOOTHIES anymore?
I will have to ween myself off when its DRINKING time in 2006...

Ginny good luck with the pics...Did you not save them to a disk when you loaded them?? Come on, didn't I teach you anything last month....

Doreen - No my wonderful (NOT) DH did not save them to a CD after he downloaded them... I guess thats a very expensive lesson on his part. I always tell him to make sure he has all the pictures backed up incase the computer crashes and he is one of those people that thinks I worry to much about things.... well who is right this time.

Is the Radio City show even playing this early??? I thought it started closer to Xmas. I took my kids last year and they really liked it.. the rockettes were amazing...

Bobby any other hotel ideas? I have to look up these from Joanna...I tried the PENTA, AMERITANIA, MILFORD, Roosevelt and Edison.. HELP!!!!!!!!! I'd rather save money for shopping and not on hotels,,lol

I could never impose on you like that. What sweathearts you are. There are 5 of us... I stayed in Tarrytown HILTON a few yrs back ... with MARTY's NY STATE discount I paid $60 or so.. fantastic room too. I wanted something closer in case we wanted to go backand change clothes for the night... I want the kids to see TIMES SQUARE at night. Jaclyn of course wants CHINA TOWN for purses... We have been here before, but my MOMS husband never has...

I also did a search on the Edison Hotel. For 5 people they will only do a suite:

Combo 2 Bedrooms

Room rate:
US$270.00 (10/09/04 - 10/10/04)

Taxes: US$81.58
Total: US$621.58

Your biggest problem is that you are 5 people. Most places I've put in will only let you do 4 in a room.

Does anybody know if there are going to be any DIS Meets scheduled on the west coast?

I'd love to come see all of you again next July, but PA is a bit of a stretch time-wise & budget-wise for me. If any body is planning on hitting Disneyland in CA, then I could probably arrange to meet up with you there.
