August 27, Fantasy Eastern

New to the whole FE experience but we would like to be involved. Could someone please let me know what I need to do.

It looks like everyone is not posting here and instead is posting on the FB page....... including the FE lists.....

Do you mind telling where the facebook page is? I am in one already but want to make sure it is the same one
Thank you

Papertraveler... where did you book the Excursion for St Thomas and Tortola? I'm debating if I should book them ahead or when I get off the ship?

We are also flying in on Friday night so we r not rushed on Saturday. We are so excited. Its our first time on Disney cruise and just cruise in general. We can start booking on June13...what exactly can you book? Online check in also..y so early?

We booked our excursions through the cruise line. Generally we have done this, however many people have great success in booking a private excursion or picking up a taxi in port.

What you wish to do will depend on your family group and what you may wish to do. If it's your first cruise and your first trip to the Caribbean, honestly my recommendation would be to stick with the Disney organized activities. The one comfort is that the company providing the excursion will be guaranteed to get you back to the ship in time -- often in plenty of time, LOL.

You will be able to book excursions, spa appointments, adult dining, character breakfast and more. Online check-in is to establish a port arrival time, which dictates what time you are able to board the ship.

First time FE participant! Please help... how do you register with the group? When do you know how many people to buy for? Any and all information would be helpful.
Thanks..

Are you still in the FE group? Please let me know!

Thanks for the tips. Which excursion can you recommend?

So many choices!

On our first trip to St. Thomas, we took a snorkelling excursion that was pretty amazing -- we made two stops, the last in a bay where we snorkelled around sea turtles. On the second, we went to Magens Bay and just played at the beach. The only issue with that one was we wanted to head back before the time was up, so we grabbed a taxi. And the last time we toured around the Havensight shops (there are many) for an hour or so, and just hung around on the nearly-empty ship.

This time we're doing the St. John's snorkelling excursions. We booked through Disney.

Oh, I don't know if you have teens, but the teen adventure on Castaway Cay is pretty amazing. Biking, snorkelling and kayaking. The kids had a blast.

Hi. This is our 3rd Disney cruise but the first time I am writing on this board and I just tried to "join" the Facebook page. What do I do with the facebook page? I do I get involved with the fish extender? I have children 14 and 9.

Just talk to people, you can also join FE lists. I think this thread is used by very, very few.
