Does anyone have any generic magnet designs they would be willing to share? I just realized all my generic ones say the Wonder on them. I need to make some Dream ones!

I have been having a really hard time finding ones that are for the Dream. If I do come across any I will let you know. The only things I have so far are a few "ears' for the door. I can not decide on which one I want to use!!

I here ya!! I have had the day from hell here. My Mom was rushed to the hospital last night. She has cancer and needed a blood transfusion. Then this AM I get a call telling me she is in congestive heart failure.They are still in New York so I feel so helpless. Meanwhile I was waiting at the Doctor with my DD getting clearence for surgery. When it rains it pours boy do I need to be on castaway cay enjoying a konk kooler

Sorry... I know how that goes... My parents are down in Charlotte. There's been times that my Dad's been in and out of the hospital (and I didn't even know...). Sounds horrible... but my mom will tell me "We didn't want to worry you..."

Thanks the news is looking better today. I am just so worried about her!!

OMG that is exactly what my DH parent do/say. We usually find out days after one of them are in the hospital.

Just stopping by to say Hello!! It has been two of the rainiest weeks I have ever seen since we live in Florida. I really feel bad for people who are here on vacation.

Its been nuts up here as well. This past week, rainy ... And barely made 70 all week. The week before.... 80's and humid. My pool was in full swing now... The temp just plumetted.

Try a different browser ..... Disney sometimes has issues with IE.

You do NOT have to do the online check-in now ..... that opens at 3am?
You can only do the online bookings for excursions now.

Me and my friend sat up till a little after 12:30... realized we were wasting our time and went to bed.

I got up around 7:30 this morning and got everything that I wanted. 11am arrival... 7 pm Palo Reservation (first night)... and my excursion in Nassau.

So... I'm a happy camper.

You know???? I guess I'm just an "equal rights liberal lefty" or something... but I'm just amazed at how unfair the reservations are for the Cabanas!!!!

If your not a CC member... there's like no way your ever going to get a Cabana!

I actually noticed a similar trend with Palo reservations... By the time I was done... 7 PM reservations were gone (I think I took the last one actually) for the first night....

In that case, I guess it's just a matter of "Those who know what they are doing... win".

But... I just felt like... Why bother even listing the Cabanas on the excursions page once they are all gone? That's just a tease.

Ya... I rarely use IE, about the only time I subject myself to IE torture is for work. I was on a Firefox...then I popped over to Safari to see that made a difference... Negative. I think we just jumped the gun.

It's kinda the same thing with WDW. The difference being with DCL, you at least had to have given them some money in the past. With WDW, it pretty much just requires a lot of research. I despise the whole 180-day thing for ADRs, but those are the rules. How many first-timers get screwed with their dining becasue of that?

Out of curiousity once, I checked the meet thread for the Magic cruise out NYC leaving one day after our cruise (8/25) that we considered instead of this cruise. It's such an active thread compared to ours, plus I think they may have their own Facebook group as well. I guess there just aren't that many DISers on our cruise. Athough, there have been some people that have popped in here and posted once that they would be on the cruise and...(cue creepy music)...have never been heard from again.

"cue the creepy music". LOL, love it!!! I have not been on here much myself, had surgery on my left hand on May 11th, still in a cast. Hope everyone's family members are having speedy recoveries. My group from New York is At 42 people, but I am the only one on here.
Was hoping my TA could get our dining rotation ahead of time so we could pick a nite for PALO but no go, so he is going to see what he can still get for us, probably 18 of us.

Like I said, I have not been on here much, so can someone point me to a page if a meet has already been set up? I will try to get as many of my gang to come as possible!!!

I was standing at the bus stop at South Beach one day with my WDW hat on... a couple approached me and asked about "my trip"... etc. Well... we got on the subject and they told me this was their first trip, etc. I asked "You made your dinner reservations, right?"

... the confused "What do you mean" answer soon there after... "we were told that we could make them when we get there"...



I explained... sure you might be able to make a reservation... but you're not going to get what you really WANT. I gave them a brief introductory course into ADR's... and sent them on their way. When they got back, they thanked me profusely saying "We had no idea.... blah, blah, blah... "

I did my good dead for the day.

Our Palo reservation is for sea day too! Same reasons! I am really hoping that the site is wrong and Pirate night will be Nassau day, when we have our Remy reservation.

Anyone else notice that the DCL website now says that Pirate Night is on day 3 / Nassau?
