Hi,

We're thinking of going for a 3 day trip to DLP on the way to / back from our camping holiday in France next year. It'll either be midweek during the penultimate week of August, midweek of the last week of August or the final weekend in August.

Can anyone tell me how bad the crowds will be. We'll have a 6 and 3 year old with us so want to be prepared!

Thank you.

We have done exactly the same the last 2 summers :thumbsup2 In 2013 we visited Brittany then had 3 nights at DLP, this year we did the reverse.

It was busy with it being school holidays but we had a fantastic time. If you make use of EMH and the fastpass system it's surprising how much you can get done

We have been in August several times before and will also be going again next summer. It is busy, but not overly crowded. Mid week is also better than weekends. If you use fast pass and early entry (if you are staying on site) then that also helps. If you want to eat at any specific restaurants make sure you book in advance (from 60 days before you arrive) as lines can get very long.

I agree that August is always busy but IMO the long hours and (hopefully!) lovely weather more than make up for any crowds and queueing. :goodvibes

How much do the crowds vary from Week 1 of August to Week 4? Do the crowds decrease as the month goes along?
