We still have a lot to do. The only thing I have is 1 bottle of sunscreen
. Today I am taking my kids to look for sandals that will be comfortable enough to wear in the parks (they will be wearing gym shoes too). I think I am also going to start organizing our pins that we want to trade and get that ready to go. I don't have to worry about buying clothes for everyone, unless DH decides last minute that he wants a new wardrobe like he always does 
. I have to still buy all of our toiletries, which I probably will start doing tomorrow since I will be going grocery shopping. What I really need to do is make a list of the things I need and don't want to forget. You would think I would have this all down pat since we go so often

I still have to do the Target run-- sunblock,toiletries, socks, all that stuff.
Stuff I've done recently:
- emailed Garden Grocer to add the half gallon of milk I somehow left off our order
- gotten the girls new Teva Mush flipflops to replace the ones they've outgrown
- Placed an order with Oriental trading for bandannas and glow bracelets.
- Arranged for a limo ride to JFK.

Nikki- I changed my reservation from Hollywood and Vine to Mama's on the 22nd. Same time I think or 650 so close enough...
I still have lots to do as well. DH and I need some new shorts and socks and whatnot but I'm waiting until August to get these so I can get them on sale I hope.
I also need to make an iternary. I just use Google documents and that way its on my phone as well as on any computer I'm on. DH needs new shoes.
DH and i were just planning on tennis shoes because we figured these would be most comfy. I see lots of people talking about flip flops though. Are those just for the water parks (we are not hitting those)??

The ADR I have planned so far is Tusker House 8/25 for 8:20am.
We are going to do Rainforest Cafe on the 28th but we are still figuring out what time to go.

Looks like we will be at Tusker house at the very same time. Our ADR is for 8:30am! Maybe we can say "HI" to each other. Let me know.

I can't believe the availability of ADRs that are still open for our dates! I was able to book Fantasmic for any restaurant I wanted for 2 different nights today! I couldn't touch these kind of reservations in September last year. When I enter a 6pm dinner slot, 60 choices come up!

We just switched from All Star Music to Coronado Springs!!! 
I'm so excited... only ever stayed at Value Resorts! DH decided that's what he wants for his birthday next week!
Any advice about CSR??

Hi everyone, jumping in on this thread - thanks to DisneyMomFanatic for pointing this newbie in the right direction! I'm still new to this board and love it, but spending half my time lost. 
We (me, DH and DS4) are booked in CBR from 8/26 - 9/3. I'm so freaking excited! I've been to DW 3 times (once as a teenager w/parents, once for honeymoon and another time with DH). This is our first visit in about 12 years and our first time staying onsite and the first for our son!
I booked pretty last minute (about 3 weeks ago) and went with the free DP and got thrown into the ADR world with no clue, but have managed to get just about everything I wanted. Not too bad considering the late start.
So my ADRs are:
8/26 (arrival day) - House of Blues @ 5:30. I'm actually hoping we end up goign to MK for the evening and if we do, this one will get cancelled.
8/27 (Epcot Day) - Ohanas @ 7:55 and Biergarten @ 5:15
8/28 (MK Day) - Crystal Palace @ 1:15 (would rather breakfast, but it's booked... I keep trying) and Wishes Dessert Party @ 8:20
8/30 (off site day) - 1900 Park Fare @ 8:20AM (this is one of my maybes - Cape May is the other - one of them will have to get dropped once I make up my mind.
8/31 (DHS day) - Hollywood & Vine @ 8:20 and Sci-Fi @ 4:00
9/1 (AK day) - Tuskers @ 8:05 and Rainforest @ 4:30
9/2 (MK day) - LIberty Tree @ 4:20
9/3 (departure day) - Cape May @ 7:55 (only if we don't do 1900 Park Fare on 8/30)

Yay!!!! I think our trips will overlap. We'll be there August 17 through the 28th! I'll say hi if I see you!
I will be on the look out for you. I'll try to get to home depot for a green mickey.
Oh and p.s. I changed my resort again. Now I am running away while you all roll your eyes. Yes. That is 5 resort changes. An absolute record for me.
But blame blessedbytriplets. She pointed out the Yacht Club deal I got also included the Grand Floridian. FOR THE SAME PRICE. Yep folks.. we are going to the GF for less than it was going to cost us to get free dining at AoA.
Now.. let the teasing commence!

We have 55 days until we are heading down to WDW....still so much to do and time is creeping up on me.
I believe we have 43 days left.
My car rental rates finally came down today!
We weren't going to bother because I couldn't get a car that would hold 5 for under 400 for the 11 days. Got it for 206 today
200 was my bottom line so this will work.
This trip is all planned now.
Now the waiting....
Gina, I count how many days to go as the day I leave for vacation. So even though we don't land in Orlando until 10 at night, the 23rd is day one of the vacation. That's the morning I wake up and say "I'm going on vacation TODAY!!".
I work until 4 that day though

Glad you found your way over to this one. Check the top of page 89 that is where the list is with all the ADR's from all our other DIS friends from this thread. See if any are near yours. Glad I was able to help you find this thread, these guys here are AWESOME and HELPFUL!!!!

Finally happy with my ADR's. We're trying to finally try all of the CS places that we always say we're going to, but never do, and going at a slower pace.
We switched to a Royal Room at the Port Orleans Riverside too, btw. Still August 25th-September 1st. We're going to take max advantage of the boat to DTD and try places like Cookes of Dublin and Wolfgang Puck Express. We're also doing two days at the "dark side" and didn't want to make reservations on those days, just in case.

I had a question about visiting the parks.
I was looking at EasyWDW.com and noticed that MK is never recommended on a Monday. Is that because EVERYONE goes there first?
That is where I wanted to go on Monday of my visit on my first day. The crowd prediction is only a 4 overall though. Would it be a bad idea to go there first?
My current plan is
Monday - MK
Tuesday - AK
Wendesday - HS
Thursday - Epcot
Friday - revisit faves/see what we missed
