August 2011 Alamo code???

Does anyone have any discount codes for an Alamo car rental that is valid for August 2011? I have Costco and BJ's memberships.

It's still too early for most discount codes to be valid (usually they are for a month or two out). You might check periodically on mousesavers.com. They show that BJ's and Costco have codes available, as well as a visa code. But you might just book the best you can now and see if a better coupon comes out in the spring.

BJs has their normal coupons up for Alamo rentals that go through the end of the year, plus their regular discount on top of that. We have a full size SUV reserved through Alamo for Aug. I made the reservation last Sept. and we have a price of $316 all taxes/fees (without applying any coupon) but I just priced out the same rental with the BJ discount/coupon and its now over
$600!! I actually don't plan to apply the coupon so I can do on-line check-in and just walk to the garage. Good luck with finding discounts.

Okay...Thanks. I just want to make sure I don't miss the boat. Like some people that were waiting to book free dining and now the window is closed. We usually just use the Disney buses but at POR DH wants a car.

I can't get the coupon to work for my reservation for Aug. 12-19. I have a Saturday night stay, but the coupon just doesn't work. Same for my National coupon too. I keep trying and I've tried adjusting the times slightly, but it's a no go for the coupon. I hope they fix it by the time my trip gets here as I would love to take another $30 off.

Actually it only requires your DL. I just signed up today and thought I might have to add a cc, but didn't. It didn't really help or change my price, but hoping it will since we are about 5 weeks away.

Yes taxes and fees included. Checked again today and it was the same amount.

Hi, Same thing here ?? My dates are 7/30-8/8 and I get quotes OVER $600.!! Joan
