For the Chadwicks questions, often times they only allow ONE free gift per order. I did 3 orders, the first one with the free duffle etc, the second one with the free roll aboard, and discounted backpack etc, and the third with the free grill. Only on the third order would the 30% off work. SO I may have spent a tad more in S&H, but I still got all the stuff!


Peter, you know there are a few of us who will he eternally grateful for the insight you and Jenn will be providing. I know there have been some bad feelings between the 2 groups, which is silly because we are ALL going to experience something that has never happened before on DCL. I am confident that there will be glitches on both cruises, and some things that your cruise does, ours won't. I just can't wait to hear from you two how it all goes, and what surprises there were, and if the food was good, and if the cast members got sick of the sea days, and all the other stuff!

I got all 3 to work for free in one order, but Chadwicks is picky sometimes. Maybe if they eat (oops....I mean clear ) their cookies that would help. I also got the 30% off (plus an additional 10% for some reason).

To elaborate on this...I hope no one really takes me seriously when I say stuff about the "jibberish" and things. It's really all in fun. If any of you *really* knew me, I'm just a jokester. I don't have any bad feelings about anyone (at least not concerning these cruises). Truth be told, I really wanted to be on the May cruise, but the time between that one and the 10 day December cruise just wouldn't allow it (work and money wise). I think it will be neat to see what the get to do, but I really don't think much of what the do will be a "practice" for our cruise because ours won't be the same cruise. Yes, they're both 14 day cruises through the Canal, but there's is heading from FL to CA and ours is going the other way. The timing for everything will be different so there will still be problems on ours too. Sure, we'll know some of the "surprises", but DCL may surprise us and change them around. Just to clear the air.... Let's just all be friends...

If people don't know by now that we're all joking around, they are taking life too seriously. I know that Peter and Jenn know this too! If they didn't, Peter wouldn't be posting here. I wouldn't be surprised if the comment about the "thank you" section was only put there because Peter knows that I'm working on the newsletter right now (or should I say "trying" ).

I was going to post this on the sister's thread, but I'll put it here too, I think we all need it:

EXACTLY! People take things way too seriously these days. Did you read about the VT Teddy Bear "scandal" (for lack of a better word)? The "Crazy for you Bear"? Well, you know what? We can't say anything anymore without fear of offending someone. Kraft is under fire by the Animal Rights groups for it's new "Road Kill" candy. GET A LIFE PEOPLE! It's not real! It's just sugar!

Hope my MIL likes her indoor grill she'll be receiving this b.day or Christmas!!LOL!!
