Now that I have sucked up, can we get a tour of your suite? I will NEVER be able to afford a suite on a cruise ship, but I would love to see one in person. Pretty please?

J.G.E. Enterprises are however offering (in conjunction with Lou Iannucci Productions) tours of the Walt Disney Suite. Prices will be in line with the other extras offered by J.G.E. Enterprises
Uh Lou would 70% - 30% be a good split or do you want 35%?

No, no, no. It wasn't my cabin. (I wish!) But none-the-less it was fun to get to see it! And talk about a verandah! 30 feet of it!

If you aren't renting a car, and are staying at HOJO like us you might want to take advantage of the bus! I think it will be great fun and I enjoy knowing this portion of the trip is taken care of!

The Holiday Inn is supposed to have transpot as part of the package we are booking with the TA. If you book directly with them, they do offer transport to the ship. We don't know what kind it is yet, but we will probably hear from our wonderful TA about it soon.

Probably a smart decision to just stay at HOJO's, Lthouseprincess. While there will be a wonderful party at the Holiday Inn the night before the cruise, we'll have enough people at HOJO's to have one there as well! You also don't have to figure out transportation between HOJO's and HI-San Pedro either!

I agree, and we are renting a car from Alamo, and there is a return a few blocks (ont the map) by Ho Jo. We are coming in on the 13th, and I hate switching hotels. Plus I think it would be fun to share the excitement with everyone on the way. Is there a time yet that the buss will leave?

Oh now wait a minute.... There is a ALAMO by HOJO's??? Hmmm, which do you think is better , to return the car at the Alamo near the port, (i assume there is a shuttle, but i never checked!! ) or should i return at near HOJO's and get on the bus with you people?? Decisions, decisions!!
We arel flying in on the 11th and are staying at the RI in anaheim, actually, Center Grove, Garden Grove, something like that...Not too far from DL. though...

Despite that, I'm still trusting you with our bus accommodations!!! Five of us still confirmed and will be at the HOJO Anaheim as of August 16.

Actually, Bob, can I get the Karmel van transfer info from you? Since there are five of us (plus luggage! ) I'd rather book transport directly from the airport to the hotel on our arrival as well.

Better make up your mind! (I use the term "Mind" loosly!) With the addition of Lthouseprincess I am up to 51 on a 56 pax bus. May have to put you on the roof on a rocking chair. (Seriously, let me know if interested..I'm sure a few will drop out, and I can always get a bigger bus!)

Please, please, please tell me that I can trust the bus to show up and take us to the port on that Sat morning! DH is relying on me to pull this trip together while he recovers. I know you are just joking...but my level of confidence has wavered. LOL

Here's my itinerary:
Fly Delta Skymiles to John Wayne Airport (SNA) 8/18
Accommodations at the HOJO 8/18 and 8/19
Celebrate DL 50th Anniversary at the park at least on 8/19 (anyone know the park hours?)
BOARD THE BUS...8/20
Embark on the Magic and celebrate DD's 8th birthday as we SAIL AWAY!!!
Relax, eat, enjoy 2 weeks on the MAGIC.
Disembark on 9/3
Haven't decided where to stay 9/3 & 9/4 (probably DVC Resort)
Fly home very, very late on Delta Skymiles 9/5
Return to reality...

Anyone see any holes in my plan? Oh, I do need a way from the airport to HOJO. Thought about a shuttle. There are only 3 of us so a limo would be overkill. Maybe. Still thinking.
