Since we live right in the path, my home may have been involuntarily relocated to California by the end of this weekend!! Doesn't look good right now - we really don't need this!!

This has been a lousy month for our group!!!

It's been awhile - just checkin' in to prove I'm still alive (buried in moving boxes, but alive).

Can't believe that this time next year we'll all be on the cruise!!

Am also praying for Sophie and her dad....

I am hoping that this storm does not do what "they" are saying. But if you are within the track, please make sure to stay safe, evacuate if needed, board up the windows and doors. My mother is in the panhandle, so far she has never been hit. I want it to stay that way.

I have been MIA.

Our cat died suddenly Monday morning. It was a great shock and he will be greatly missed. Ollie was only 5. It hasn't even been a year since we lost our other cat, Shannon. She is still greatly missed.

We got the keys to our new house last night. We start moving this weekend.

Denine, that is so sad about your kitties. Will you be looking for new pets again? I have 2 very old dogs, one is blind and pretty much deaf, the other is just old. I dread the thought of them passing. My dogs are part of the family as I imagine your kitties were.

But good news on the house. When you get done wanna come help me finish unpacking my boxes? Moving is such a chore.

We're going to be at Westgate with Jen. Would love to meet for ice cream or something hot (depending on the weather). That's the 7th. Want to get DH to get the dinner pkg. for the procession. Would like to be able to see it.
Hope all of you in Florida are okay and that made Frances will miss you. You really don't need anymore of this sort of thing.
Denine hugs for you and your family. A bit of pixie dust too. We have three cats and a Doberman all not very young and it will be hard to say goodbye. We know how much our pets are missed.
And prayers for Sophie and her family. Has anyone heard how they are coming with weaning her off the ventilator?

Speaking of Doberman I have to go and take her out.

The Swan & The Dolphin usually have specials in December for $129.00 a night. The Disney Dudettes love this location because going back & forth to Epcot is SOOOOO convenient. The "Candlelight Procession" is a MUST see but you don't have to get the package if you are willing to wait in line. We always get the package but then the next night will wait in line to see another speaker. I don't know Disney in December is getting very tempting.

Just wanted to stop in & say hello. Still thinking & praying for Sophie. Toodles JEANNE

So sorry to hear about your cats. My cat had to be put to sleep two weeks after Haley was born due to a blood clot that lodged in her spine and paralyzed her and I was so upset. I had her for 13 years. She was like my baby. I still have her sister, which helps a little, but I still miss her dearly.

Denine, so sorry to hear of the loss of your kitty. We lost our second bird less than a year after the first, so I know how hard it can be.

Hopefully Frances will turn and head north today...is that too much to ask? Right now the projected path will not be a direct hit on Castaway Cay, but the effects will still be there . I hope everyone in her path stays safe.

Lots of Pixie Dust for everyone trying to leave Florida and head north. Maybe the storm will turn and head out to sea and away from land. Florida really needs no more storms for a long time.

As I watch Hurricane Frances, I realize that this time next year we'd be on Castaway Cay which today appears to be evacuated today.

Thanks for the symapthies for my baby Ollie. He had a heart attack and died in his sleep. We hope to get 1 or 2 kitties when we come home from vacation in October. I have to have cats.

We started working in our house last night. We get the truck tomorrow for the weekend. I would rather be moving than dealing with Frances.

Continued prayers for Sophie.

Praying for all those in Florida to be safe and that Frances turns, turns, turns. Feel very lucky to be getting my health back, no headaches yet today from my meds/anesthesia side-effects. I feel very thankful for my many blessings.

We continue to pray for little Sophie and her family - Lynda, Mike, David, their daughters, and their dear angels Amanda and little Emma.
