Hey guys!

Sorry I haven't posted forever, but we are still coming along for the ride.

We cruised 9/18 and the only info I found out was that we should expect lots of new merchandise, pins and such. As far as entertainment-found out nothing at all.

I have my HoJo ressies and I e-mailed Bob about the shuttle. Now I am looking into airfare (which ain't cheap) and the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. Any suggestions on the latter?

So far, the cheapest airfare is leaving out of Akron, OH for $174pp and coming back to Akron from Orlando at $121pp. Both have 1 stop and are on Delta.

I decided to do my once-a-week it's time to bother DCL call (via Costco) today. I found it mildly amusing that the DCL CM thinks that this cruise is very popular and they expect it to remain sold-out (I think that's a solid guess!).

The good news is that although DCL is still saying that I'm out of luck with the non-connecting cabin problem, Costco did tell me that even though my payment is due 90 days before the cruise, I can still cancel according to DCL's cancellation deadline. That way, I can wait until the DCL cancellation deadline and see if anybody gives up connecting cabins. At least it gives me more time to decide how unhappy we'll be with our current situation.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. We are having an almost perfect fall here in the Pacific Northwest.

Yes, all is going great here. Trying to adjust to having a high school student in the house. It seems like all we do now is run, run, run, Angelina everywhere, LOL!!!

My mom is doing great in Florida, she survived through three hurricanes and her home also made it through the hurricanes with limited damage. We will going to visit my mom in a few weeks.

Looks like we are getting a decent sized group for the shuttle. I will post the names I have in the next day or so (have them all over the place, including at work, so need to pull them all together) Anyone else interested in the shuttle to the port, let me know. Melinda I am travel challenged. The flight from MCO goes to Atlanta and then to ABE. I asked Phil if we stopped any where on the way home and he told me it was the same sort of thing as the way out.
At any rate we now have our plane, our hotel and probably our shuttle. All we need are DL tickets. And now I can start worrying about luggage weight.
I keep looking at things and thinking "I wonder how much that weighs."
Oh well, I better worry about what I am taking in December before I fret about August.

Here are the groups and # of people I have so far (That I can find-if I missed you, I apologize. I'll blame it on the hurricanes).

If you are not on this list , need it corrected, or want to be added or deleted, let me know. Right now the count is 37 people - 39 if I add EmmasGrammy. I haven't talked to the shuttle people, but using their online reservation system, I can get a 61 pax bus for $396, which is $10.70 per person if we have 37 travellers. There are some smaller bus options a little cheaper, but I figured we need to plan on the biggest, based on the amount of luggage that will be going with us. If more sign up, we can always go to multiple busses. Unless there are specific objections, I would plan on a pick up around 9:30 - 10am. That would get us to the port between 10 - 11am. We can adjust that later if we want.

I agree! I like early too, but don't want to force that on anyone else! As long as we beat the crowd from San Pedro!!! We can be "Ship of Fools I" and they can be "Ship of Fools II"

Oh boy, infighting!!!!!! Watch out, someone will get offended........ Personally, I think it should read "Ship of Fools, too."

I won't care if I am last to board. That would be really neat, maybe I will just hang out in the terminal untill I know all of y'all have gotten onboard. Then I can make my grand entrance!
