Now, how do I keep it that way for each time I log on? I logged off after changing the color and then when I logged back on later, it was back to the "DCL color." TIA!

Guess I did not explain that well...(I'm paperwork tired, I've been writing assessment reports all day). Anyway, what I meant is that when I go to the main board to reset the color it changes, but then I return here - it's back to the DCL color. No biggy, I was just wondering. Back to work...there should be a law against having work deadlines to meet on the weekends of holidays.

I agree about these new boards taking a bit to get accustomed to.

I mostly wanted to post to see what is going on with the dot thing. However, I hate totally useless posts (I hang out on the wrong thread, don't I?) Therefore, my tip for today is for those who are considering staying at HoJo's (or for that matter, anyone who is planning on staying at the DaysInn, Ramada, Super8, Travelodge, or the Wingate Inn). Be sure to register for their rewards program at TripRewards.com. Even if you're never going to stay enough to get a free stay, I've found that the perks that come from belonging to their loyalty program can be quite useful.

I have absolutely no recipes to share with anyone. I'm so fond of cooking that I've just traded labor with my 10 yr old dd ; she's cooking dinner and I'll clean her room. Actually, I have a great recipe web site - www.allrecipes.com. It has lots of recipes and reviews of those recipes. On the occasions when I do cook, I don't want to be wasting my time on a loser. (I do like some of the new smilies though. )

It's not just you. I had changed my color to the Disney Cruise Line color, so I didn't notice the change at all. I think this board is always this color.The change in settings only effects the other boards...Mark

And the little red triangle in the upper right-hand corner of the posts amused me too. I almost clicked on it just to see what it was; however, I realized that it was a "report bad post" button. The good news was that if I did accidentally report someone, it was Mark's post that I was playing with. Probably quite appropriate to report him anyway.

OK--Izzinmac is gone and I am house-sitting. In case he's reading these boards--just want him to know that I've only invited you all over so we can get more acquainted before next year's cruise. The pool is warm, the grill is on, and he has 4 spare bedrooms upstairs. BYOB. See you soon. And dad--tell mom not to worry--the cats are fine. Contrary to what she thought--they DO love the pool. And they swim really fast.

Gassmandy, thanks for the invitation. We were thinking about about going swimming today; swimming in FL sounds awesome. My DD loves cats; she could play with them after our swim. Have I mentioned that my 7 yr old DS is a bit wild - hope that won't be a problem in your dad's house.
