Almost forgot. Please include us on the list for Early Seating. Three in our party.

Halloween was fun. Haley got way too much candy. She had her routine down. Ring the bell, say trick treat, pick one piece of candy, take two if she was told to even though Mom said no only one, say thank you and bye. Then off to the next house. She wasn't shy at all once she realized she got stuff at each house. This morning she got her costume out of the bag and said Mommy, trick treat. It looks like she wants to do this everyday.

What a cute costume!! Especially the sneakers! :)

I ended up not giving candy out this year, since I went to my parents' house for most of the afternoon and early evening. However, when I got home, it was about 6:30-7 and I kept my porch light off so that the kids wouldn't come up and I'd have to tell them that they were out of luck. At a little after 7, I got a knock on my door. I didn't answer, since I had a hangover and didn't feel like having kids scream "Trick or Treat!" into my bleary-eyed face. I hear the kids (maybe 3 of them) talking, and then they pounded on the door again. Then, they opened my screen door and tried the storm door!! I heard one say, "It's locked, let's go" and then they left. Now, I was appalled, especially considering that these were not teenagers, they were probably about 7 years old! Would you ever have tried to open someone's door if they were not answering? I still remember that if someone's porch light was off, that meant that they weren't giving out candy (of course, I just stopped going out trick-or-treating a few years ago!). JK, it was about 10 years ago (I went out in college a couple of years, but that was for beer, not candy!)

:D Please add us to the Early Dining list, It will be Jazzman, me and our two daughters (ages 16 and 22 at time of cruise).

Mark, we may also be interested in the bus from the port to MCO. I'll talk to Jazz about it when he gets home. He is in Korea now and will be home Friday.

Denise ;)

Please add us to the early list as well. It will be four of us.. Me, DH and DD(10) and DS(7).

We would also probably be interested in the bus from the port to MCO. When would you need a firm commitment. We havent yet made our ressies home.

Ginny

Added on early dining....

Izzinmac/gassmandy
piglet 33
DeniseW/jazzmen
Winnyis

Got it all down..

Eilleen,

you can take of the late seating list ...The Childrenless List!! Like the queen who hates/afraid of children of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" Movie!!

Ahhh, Just busting you!! :hyper: LOL!!!

Amazing how parents didn't teach the kids not to go T&T in unlit houses.

Hailey, you look like you got a future in MK someday!!!! Ya never know, you may fly someday!!!

Melinda - thanks for volunteering to "organize" us early diners! Let me know whatever you need - ressie #'s, names, etc.

Renee - the newest photo of Hayley is just adorable!!! I love to see trick or treaters like her come to my door! We had over 70 kids last night (even with the rain) but only about 6 were the little cute ones!

WinoTracy and EileenAmI - no flames here about the kids! Heck, I wouldn't want to eat with my DD at that hour of the night let alone a bunch of strangers' little darlings! LOL It's a great time for her to visit the Kids' Lab - not to enforce her best manners in a dining room!

Barbara - sorry I didn't answer earlier about the Tea. I posted a while back to find out if any ladies would be interested in having Tea with me at Palo on one of our sea days to spare poor Martin from the experience! The response was very good, so it looks like a "Lady Fools" Tea is on our plan.

Have a great day, everyone!

Arlene,
Yes, once i got all the interesting parties for the Fool's Dinner, i will need names and ressies #and stateroom # which that will be later and closer to the cruise date...

TEA WITH ARLENE, sounds much better than TEA WITH WENDY!! I hope it is HOT tea also!!

EileenIam, there are two of us. If we talking childless couples or older children, I don't mind.

BTW, Where's Mark? He hasn't posted all day.

For any of those ladies who are not partial to tea, we will have a "Daquiris with Eileen" party poolside at the adult pool at the same time. However, if you are not willing to throw garnishes, straws and napkins, or are not into heckling, please join the tea party so that we may do these things to you!! :duck:

Reneé,

Thanks for setting me straight. I thought Jeanneg and all were having trouble with AAA linking ressies together, but I could be wrong.

By the way, that is a very cute picture of Haley. You're not getting tired of all of us saying that are you :teeth:

That sounds like fun too!!
With Arlene Tea Party, i will be serious....
but there is the other side of me that is WILD....
I just take my red hat off and join in!!
Are you kidding, i love throwing napkins esp from deck above to below!! LOL!!
Count me in!!
Except can i have a Pina Colada????

Good morning,

In case anyone is flying out of JFK to Long Beach, JetBlue has dropped their prices. Don't wait though, the Rep at Jetblue said there weren't many seats at the lower price. I was only able to snag a credit for two of the seven of us traveling.

Good luck!

Tracy

Not sure what happened with the AAA ressies, but I didn't have any problems with the past two cruises. Hope I don't jinx myself now, lol.

I think I'll enjoy all cute comments about her now since I don't know what I'll be hearing when she gets older.

I would also be interested in Tea with the ladies. In my 3 DCL cruises so far I have never gone to high tea.

Ginny

I would be interested in BOTH tea AND daiquiris. Would it be possible to have these lovely outings back to back so that we can do both? ;) ;)

Denise

My sister & I would love to link ressies with you - we have late seating too - and are also using AllSeas for this cruise.

Also - high tea with Arlene sounds like fun -- so please add us to that list.

With all the shipboard meets & activities we will end up needing more days at sea :jester:

If Sessions will be too small for our meet -- do you think DCL will let us use a dining room instead ?

Though I don't have any teenagers now (remembering fondly when my neice & nephew were teens) - I will volunteer to tape their cliff diving :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Please add two more to the list -- even if our flight is later - we can always pick up a car at MCO.

Erica

Denise, I don't know about having them back-toback, since the whole object of the daquiri party is to make fun of the snooty ladies drinking tea! (JK!)

Melinda, Pina coladas are acceptable. Actually any drink is acceptable as long as their plenty of liquor!

DisneyElf, PM me so that we can try to link ressies. I didn't know if you wanted to be at our table (we promist not to throw anything, and chew with our mouths closed!), or if you wanted to get counted in for the same vicinity.

Only 31 more days until WDW & MVMCP!

ps. What day and flight are you taking? We're going the 19th on the 7:05am flight
