August 19 2012 Dream 5 night Cruise!

First time cruisers will be able to book excursions and Palo this week! What are you planning?

We are definitely booking a dinner at Palo and maybe brunch. I don't plan on booking an excursion for this cruise.

I've booked my Castaway Cay goodies (parasailing and floaty stuff) and a spa treat for my older daughter.

My list of to do's that I can't do now are the

• Margarita tastings
• champagne tastings
• tequila tastings
• Chill Spa for my teenage daughter
• and probably things I don't even know about yet!

I was surprised to see the $500+ cabanas are are sold out!

What activities are others booking?

Only 2 months left. Can't wait. Weather in Ireland is crap. Rained nearly every day in June - unreal, even for Ireland . I booked my 2 spa treatments. Lookin forward to a nice relaxing massage . Also booked dinner in Remy, my parents will like that. Only thing is I booked it for the last night and found out since that that's the pirate party night too , but at least we'll be out in time for the fireworks.

We'll be celebrating our 15th anniversary along with our son (8) too! We'll be staying at Bay Lake & Beach Club before our cruise. Can't wait only 9 weeks!!! Maybe our boys will meet up in the kids club.

Im Andrea and Jeremy(DH) will be joining all of you on this one!! We just booked today, found a great IGT rate. We are just off the Wonder from Alaska and booked a cruise for January, but then wanted another one sooner so here we are!! I am so excited, we are all checked in!

I would definitely be interested in a cruise meet-up, we did one on the Wonder and it was really fun! We are also interested in doing the FE! So if there is a list already started or if one needs to be started I would gladly step up and help out!

Can't wait to go on this one with you all! Our first Castaway Cay experience!! Talk to you guys soon!!

We are new to the cruises but are sooo excited. Have a 9 y.o. DD & 5 y.o. DS. Have not told them yet, which makes planning hard but can't wait to see how excited they'll be when we do tell them. We've booked our meal at Remy but is there any activity for kiddos that we need to pre-book?

I am also going to try and organize a DIS Cruise Meet-Up Time & Place! I apologize, if someone already planned this, I didn't see one anywhere in the posts

I suggest a meet-up at 3:15pm on the 19th at the 687 Lounge on Deck 4 Aft If anyone thinks there would be a better place to do it, or better time, please FEEL FREE to say something. I have never been on the Dream before and I was looking through places and this one seemed to be a good spot. 3:15 will give us about 15-30 minutes before the Life Boat Drill to say Hi to our fellow Dis Board Cruisers! Can't wait to see you all then!!

I'm trying to figure out if this cruise is just going to be empty? Usually when there is only one at sea day Palo Brunch is filled up super early, there are still available times right now! Most all of the port adventures are still open as well? I am beginning to think we are going to be on a ghost ship, I mean there is even lack of chatter, at least we have 3 FE families now

I have been a Mickey freak my whole life, been to WDW 7 times, the most recent was in February where I ran the Princess Half Marathon. This will be our first DCL cruise. DH and I cruised once in '97 with my family on Celebrity and have wanted to cruise again ever since.
