Vicky - Sorry to hear about your daughter, but at least you know now and can get all the right information to help her.
I don't know much about Aspergers, but did spend a couple of weeks working with a young man (he also had a hearing loss and was getting a hearing dog), who had it and he was great, he lived on his own, had a job and loved his dog to bits! It was a bit strange spending time with him at home (I used to do three days, going in each day and then a few weeks later two days, when he first had his dog), as he would have certain routines and ways of doing things. He had the most amazing memory and loved trains, trainspotting at weekends, he knew all the times of the trains and timetables off by heart!
She will be fine on the ship and club. The good thing about Disney that it is for kids, so you can relax just a little more than in a more 'normal' hotel. As for behaviour, well we have all been there at some time!!!!
On another note:
My bosses called me into their office today (and shut the door), I thought something bad was going to happen. They then handed me an envelope and told me not to come in on Monday.......but to have a great holiday and they would see me when I get back!!!! In the envelope was quite a lot of money with a thank you for all my hard work!
Hope they won't take it all back when I go in tomorrow and print out my FE lables (my printer at home isn't working properly)!!!
More ironing tonight again
Someone asked about Taxis in Corsica, I think there were a few and I had thought about taking one to a nicer beach. I do like the market though, there is some rubbish there, but I love seeing all the veg and fruit, OH likes to walk along the marina and drool at the yachts... he hates sailing, so don't know why!!!!
Off into the garden now, apparently there is going to be some sort of Meteor shower tonight. There is also the World Power Boat Racing Championships taking place on the lake near our house starting tomorrow, so our weekend won't be a quiet one!
