We are heading down to WDW again in July and thought about taking my 4 year old to the My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea. It costs $250.00:eek: and I was wondering if anyone did it before and could tell me if it is worth it??? My daughter, Jenni, currently thinks she IS a princess! She wants o know when they are going to make a movie about HER! She is going to marry a prince and live in a castle whe she grows up... I think it might be the perfect time to do this while she is so very into the Princess thing!

Anyone have any info? It's a lot of $$$ and I would like to know that I am getting something good!

Yikes! $250, is that per person or for two of you? That's alot of money for tea! I would think it would be better to do a meal in the castle, there you even get a picture, wand, and wishing star out of it.

I've never done it, but I think my friend did and said it was fun. I do think you get a doll too.

Thought I would just drop in and say hello. Been busy thinking about my Oct 16 2010 cruise. I see there is a lot of cruisers from last years SO Long Mickey cruise. August 29th 2009. I see luvbluediamonds has been awfully quite on this thread. I hope she doesn't clam up like she did on our last cruise. I sure miss her hitting on me :rotfl2: I hope we can do another bracelet for the board again. It looks like a So Long Mickey reunion.

I hope I wont be rockin that sporty stroller this year.

Holly Cow

I just did some quick math !!!!!!!!

Do you believe that "Kritter" has an average of 14.5 posts everyday including weekends and holidays :thumbsup2 You are the ultimate DIS Girl

We're planning on spending a few days at Daytona Beach. Right now we don't have any plans for WDW but I have a niggling feeling that could change...we've never "not" gone to Disney when we go to Florida- the pull of WDW is pretty strong!!

You are going to get pulled in! Funny thing is...we were planning beach time because it sounded like we were the only ones going to WDW. :goodvibes DS is also a little bit bitter about our March trip and wants to be sure he gets enough to make up for it when we go in August!

Let's keep Tess and ben separated - she is NOT a happy camper!!

Kristin should be awarded the "Disney Planner" Queen!! :worship::worship:

So funny! I think that Tess and Ben need to realize how lucky they are to go as much as they do! Still, he is bitter! :lmao:

I want to go into a Disney vacation planning business with Kristin. She can talk anyone into a Disney vacation...I will just take care of the business part after she convinces everyone that Disney is the only vacation! :rotfl: Seriously, I had said there was NO WAY that I would do a Dreams cruise next summer - then, she called me and next thing I know...I am cruising! :woohoo:

Don't sell yourself short...I said the same thing..then you called...and now we're booked for 2011!!!:lmao:

Well then you convinced me to do the Princess and book an extra trip! Hmmm...maybe we should all start a business together! :rotfl2:

BTW - Found some interesting information. Last year, registration for the Princess opened on May 1st. Then, hotels could be booked with the discount in June. The only moderate resorts for this year were Port Orleans. All the All Stars had discounts (not the Pop though). Then, the deluxe resorts were SSR, OKW and the Poly. There are also discount tickets but I can't find anything about those. Saw you did 7 miles today - YOU ROCK! I only got another 5K in but at least it was better then yesterday's run. It was sunny and HOT (ok...not really hot but really, really warm for MN)!

I thought I felt a disturbance in the force, then my Blackberry went off. Well look what the cat dragged in. Thank you Cigy for thinking about me. I'm doing just fine conquering the world of TV news. Come to think of it, that's all I do... Work, commute, work. Makes LuvsBlueDiamonds a dull girl. But, I get to do some kick butt shopping!!! Actually, I'm heading home after spending 4 days stuck in NYC thanks to disfunctional Amtrak and all the snow.

I hope you get your sweet stroller a tune-up before you bring it back on board. You need a 100,000 mile protection plan on that thing. Maybe some monster truck wheels.

It's finally my Friday. After storms, killer whales, major earthquake and a tsunami that did't happen I need some down time. Way too many people wanting something from me. I guess I'll force myself to do some shopping in Smalbany.

I totally missed my 180 window for our ADR's for our August trip, lucky for me we're club level and I got everything I wanted. I need a good wife to organize my home life. Anyone do laundry?

Peace Out!

We did this last summer.... well actually DD and DW did it - me and boys wandered around the GF!! It is on the expensive size! The experience, according to the ladies, was worth it though. The highlight of course was the interaction with Princess Aurora. The highlight for me was watching the parade they did through the GF lobby (incidentally ends in the gift shop!!). The girls get the doll and a few other gifts.... the food; however, received less than stellar marks!

Posts from you and Cigy...let the games begin!!! Nice to hear from the both of you!!

Hello Everyone. I just tried to get caught up on most of the Posts - LOL . However with the super poster Kristin :worship::worship: I am afraid I will never be trully caught up.

Okay to catch up on a few of the older posts

We always do main dining. The late dining is just too late. Yes is cuts into some of the day activities but the kids get some club time before the shows.

Me - run a race :rotfl: Not my cup of tea. However Keith (DH) saw the medals and he is now training. I am so proud of him - he lost 17 pounds on 4 weeks.

Okay now I can bash him - this am I dropped him off at the airport at 5am for his "work" trip to Florida. Did I mention he brought his golf clubs. :lmao::lmao:

We have started our count down to Disney in April. 39 days and counting. Just found out the kids will be dancing at Downtown Disney on Monday 4/19. Not sure of the time yet. I will keep you posted when I know the second so if anyone is in Disney at that time we can arrange a meet and greet.

Kristin - thanks for the news item.
Jen - glad you are on the mend
Erika - hope you get unburied
Jude - Hey girl.
Candy - how are the grandbabies?

Hi to everyone and WELCOME to the new cruisers.

Got to go back to work - Janeanne

Hi all! Beautiful weather in our great white north right now!!! Upper 30's and bright and sunny! May even hit 40 by later in the week!!

Kristin, aren't your ears burning??

Oh this is gonna be a good cruise. I dint know it was a game.

Michele or is it Michelle will you be so kind to throw out some ideas for the wristbands? I don't think you should be shooting people in the *** this cruise with them.:love::love:

Has anyone from the So Long Mickey cruise heard from Rachel or Matt ? Did they ever get married ? Did they invite the guy from Megan's Bay with the mesh speedo. Got to get myself one of those for the cruise.

I hope I don't have another bunch of rowdy people next to us at Palo. Who the heck talks about decorating your Christmas tree at dinner

Have you met Kristin? She is the ultimate DIS girl...the ultimate Disney girl....and a whole lot of fun!

It will take a lot to convince me its not "LUVSBLUEDIAMOND" formerly TVEPFOX She did a great job explaining why she needed 30 pairs of shoes on a 7 day cruise. Moreover she always had alcohol on the deck for me and my wife.

Oh this is gonna be a good cruise. I dint know it was a game.

Let me explain it to you Cigy... I know you're from NJ so I'll go slow and use little words :teacher:... Game on and may the best woman win. :thumbsup2

Yes, it's Michele. One "L" like the French...:lovestruc.

I'll throw out a few ideas for wristbands... maybe we should go with a handcuff style...that way your stroller doesn't leave your sight. :woohoo:

What did I name this cruise... Twice the Fun in the Caribbean Sun. They always come back for seconds after partying with me... and thirds... darn thing it's only a 5 night cruise. I'll have to cram 7 days worth of alcohol into a shorter period of time. No worries. :drinking::drinking::drinking1:drinking1:drinking::drinking1:drinking:

Has anyone from the So Long Mickey cruise heard from Rachel or Matt ? Did they ever get married ? Did they invite the guy from Megan's Bay with the mesh speedo. Got to get myself one of those for the cruise.

Matt is fighting the war on terror in Iraq. He's going to ask Rachel to :bride: when he gets home. I still :cloud9: about the guy from Megan's Bay. :worship: Smokin' hot! He was enough man for the whole table! Come to think of it... I think he did ask the whole table :rolleyes1. Please, please don't get a  You'll :scared1:the children, this is a family cruise ship. Unless you promise only to wear it on your balcony.

I hope I don't have another bunch of rowdy people next to us at Palo. Who the heck talks about decorating your Christmas tree at dinner

Palo is no fun being all romantic and sappy. Who gets a table for two? Really, can't some people find any friends? I see my husband 51 weeks a year. I don't mind sharing a:laughing: or two and plenty of wine! I didn't think talking about Christmas was wrong until someone mentioned balls! You just can't take the NJ out of some people.:sad2:
