The weather today was beautiful!!! Upper 60s and sunny! I didn't go for a run , but I did at least walk a couple of miles! Maybe not as good as a run, but at least I was out and moving!

Ok, i just finished with the treadmill. I only did 2 miles....and walked a good part of it!! Wow, what a work out!!!! LOL
Although I did have on a pretty good incline most of the time!

That is just too funny! I just finished my TM workout as well...just did 2 miles at a steep incline and carried my 2-3 pound weights as I went.

Great job on getting out and walking! Today is my off day from running so I just did some very brisk walking on the TM tonight.

The weather is very damp. Makes it feel colder than it really is.

I try to get on the treadmill and go all out for 2 weeks but then I abandon it for months at a time...

I hate my treadmill - it is boring. I would much rather be outside.

We haven't had rain yet, just 3 days of very warm weather so it's doing a great number on the snow. Just wish it was warm enough to shut the heat off and open the windows.

Maybe it would make my TM workouts less boring! We will have to coordinate our times!

I love my runs for many reasons (being outside, talking with DH as we go, etc). It is so boring to be on the TM on my own. I have to come up with some ideas to make it more interesting....especially if we are going to have several days of rain.
